Aaron Kirman is a Los Angeles-based real estate agent that regularly appears on CNBC The Secret of Super Rich Life and has been named a top 12 real estate agent in the United States by The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends. Kirman averaged $ 300 million to $ 400 million in home sales, had $ 3.5 billion in home sales for life and was president of Aaroe Estates, the luxury property division of John Aaroe Group. Kirman has represented Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Orlando Bloom, and the royal families of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait in real estate transactions. In addition, Kirman is known for his high real-profile listings, such as Danny Thomas's estate (which sells for $ 65 million, the second-largest sales in Beverly Hills history). Kirman grew up in Encino, California. His father is in a truck and his mother is a teacher. As a child he suffered from learning disabilities, including dyslexia, and speech impediments that hampered his ability to say letter R. Kirman said he feared the first day of school every year, describing it as "horrible". Kirman also realized at an early age he was gay, which he said made it difficult to make friends or succeed in a traditional academic environment.
Although Kirman's learning disabilities initially prevented him from attending the University of Southern California, a letter he wrote detailing the situation and his desire to attend university earned him interviews and recognition. Kirman graduated with a degree in business and communications.
At the age of 19, when he attended Southern California University, Kirman began his first real estate transaction. He contributed his initial success to luck, because he did not come from a special background.
Since then, Kirman has been the executive director of the architectural division of the real estate broker, Hilton & amp; Hyland, then moved to his position at John Aaroe Group.
