Patrick Sheehan is a Republican American political and real estate agent who is a member of the Oregon Representative Council from 2011 to 2013, representing the 51st district, which includes Clackamas, Happy Valley, Sunnyside, Damascus and parts from southeast Portland.
In 2010, Democrat Brent Barton refused to run for re-election to run for Oregon Senate. Sheehan received 12,409 votes in the general election, compared with 10,303 from Democratic Party Cheryl Myers. In 2012, Sheehan lost to Democrat Shemia Fagan, receiving 11,199 votes to Fagan's 12,584.
