One Caribbean Media Ltd. (OCM) is a vertically integrated parent company based in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. The new company was established in December 2005, after the merger of the Caribbean Communications Network (CCN) of Trinidad and Tobago, and the Nation Corporation of Barbados. Mergers from each conglomerate were pursued after both companies held substantial financial shares for each other for several years.
The Company currently holds large financial shares in both Jamaica Observer, Jamaica daily newspapers, and Guyana Stabroek News.
