Jones Lang LaSalle was formed by the merger of Jones Lang Wootton, a British company founded by Richard Winstanley in 1783, to Jones Lang & The company in 1872 after Frederick Jones formed a partnership with CA Lang and merged with Wootton a & amp; The child in 1939 formed JLW, and LaSalle Partners, a US company formed from its predecessor, which was launched in 1968.
