Harry B. "Chip" Limehouse III (born August 8, 1962) is an American politician from the state of South Carolina. A Republican, Limehouse is a former member of the South Carolina Representative Council, representing District 110.

Limehouse was elected to represent the 110th district at the South Carolina Representative Council in 1994, taking office in 1995, and has held that position ever since.
Limehouse runs for the United States House of Representatives in 2013 special election to represent the 1st congress district in South Carolina.
In October 2015, Limehouse announced that he would not seek re-election. Seats should be contested with Russell Guerard, Mike Seekings, Eddie Phipps and Trey Harrell.

Her father, Harry Limehouse, Jr., was campaign director for the Republican National Committee. He ran for a Republican nomination to the United States House of Representatives in the special election of the congress district 1 in 1971.
